No — bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly. Every bonus comes with a wagering requirement. Once that requirement is met, any winnings from the bonus are converted to real balance and can then be withdrawn.

The wagering requirement (WR) is the number of times you need to bet your bonus amount before winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a 100 BDT bonus with a 20x WR means you need to place a total of 2,000 BDT in bets before withdrawing any winnings from that bonus.
